I own 2 AQ 1200
I have them currently strapped.
Is the clipping light on them accurate?
I had a friend of mine tuned my amp with a dd1. and the indicator still shows clipping but the dd1 was set up properly.
It only clips when my voltage drops a little.
My current set up is.
2 AQ 1200's Strapped
2 AQ HDC3-15's
300 AMP Irraggi alternator
1/0 KNU CCA 1 run of +
Ground to seatbelt bolt.
Big 3 in KNU CCA
With my setup it doesnt drop below 12v
But its showing clipping.

Packaging was well done.
Had a problem with shipping but he took car of it asap.
Would use him again any day.

I prefer one dist. block. It helps to reduce your chances of having ground loops.
Thats what i currently have.
Was just wondering if i should change it up for the better.

Is it better to have separate grounds when running multiple amps or use via dist block?

just a fyi if your just needing the starting battery to power up your system you need to get the d or s series battery's the xp series are designed as secondary battery's
