is 3/4 too much? whats reasonable? the guy i talked to at the audio store told me atleast 3/4 in thick glass or the pressure of the sub will blow it apart? he sounded kinda professional but then again he could have been an idiot.

gotcha, the fiberglass will be atleast 3/4s of an inch thick with a roller squeezing out the air pockets

Okay so I'm going to attempt a couple of fiberglass enclosures in my camaro, my question is if it's okay that the entire enclosure is made of fiberglass? allot of tutorials I've seen have a 3/4 mdf base with the face being fiberglass only. I don't want to compromise the structural integrity of the box if the mdf box can take more of a beating than the all fiberglass box.
