  1. Was just playing with fader on head unit the guy that installed my stuff has the both lefts front and rear briged to 2 ohm and the same on both rights in a two channal amp.
  2. Have been looking around some say this sounds better front stage only. Only subs in rear. If so instead of buy 4 speakers I can buy 2 very nice ones
  3. Ok so its parallel between the two outputs.
  4. so two subs wired 2 ohms each one in each output equal what.
  5. So the amp is parallal inside
  6. Yea i was just throwing the .5 ohm thing out there I really thought it would give the same boost like 2 ohm to 1 ohm. if not im not doing it. Thats why I posted it now I know 1 ohm min for me. So dvc 4 ohm wired in parallal equals 2 ohm so the amp has 2 outputs. So just put 2 dvc4 wired in parallal in each output by its self and I will has 1 ohm right.
  7. Yea big will do here soon and o gauge coming to have 14.0 volts now currently
  8. Want kind of eletrical upgrades am I going to have to do to run this with out any problems. Current set up is 4 gauge with 135 amp alt no extra batties. Was thinking of maybe running .5 ohm if i could if its a good enoungh benefit.
  9. I think vs topic is the easiest was for some one to get info on things instead of beating around the bush on trying to do 5 different topics to get same anwser.
  10. Was thinking about would a smaller port area give u more cone control maybe ? Maybe there is a little bit of back pressure built up.
  11. Can you go lower or higher than the slot port rule of 12-16 inch per cubic foot. What one gives you better sq and which one gives you spl.
  12. That's what i was thinking most cone area for the price. So at .14 displacement each it will be 3.79 net with all displacement. That's 1.89 each box is at 34 Hz but was thinking about lowering it but I want to hear it first.
  13. I have a 4.07 cube box after port displacement. What kind of sundown subs or configurations work in this box.
  14. I have 2 12 in a sealed box in my last built 2 cubes net for both I didn't think they sounded very good why.
  15. Does anyone around 95380 have one I will pay you to do my system. Let me know
  16. Was looking to find f3 of these in sealed vvx 15 4 cubic ft. If possable one with cabin gain and one without. I dont know my cabain gain 2008 tacoma extended cab.
  17. Yea I learned that a ported box that is bigger will give you more low end vs lower tune on box.
  18. Just love the way a aa audio chaos 12 looks for the lows. But I'm not even sure if they are low end monsters.
  19. Was just pluging some subwoofer T/S into it and playing with different size boxes. It seems like I got good info out of it but is it accurate or close.
  20. So buy looking at the graphs do the box sound diff or is it just louder at that frequency.
  21. Ok here it is: Kicker CVR 15" on 3 different boxes: 10cuft@32Hz on green 3cuft@32Hz on orange 1cuft@32Hz on white Pretty different right?? I love the way that 10 cube box peaks at 35 but the size is not going to work. How about if we lower box hz to 26hz
  22. I have a kicker cvr 15 dual 4 port box range 3-5 cube
  23. The reason i ask is I had a 5 cube at 28 hz it sound go and got ok loud. But now i built a box that is 3 cube at 32hz it is louder but i dont like the sound that much. There are more sweet spots in the 5 at 28 hz was wonder if it was because of size or the lower tune.
  24. Im looking for low bass is bigger better
