  1. We dont have any. The neos were such a limited run that none were ever built and tested for t/s. We do however have a few motors left if you wanted one, fair warning though, they are very expensive.

im mostly just interested in the motor force aspect of them.

im trying to compare them to a standard DD Z.

i got quoted a long time ago, but i could take a 2nd quote to see if the price has changed.

  2. i currently have a box thats 4.2 cubes with ~55 sq inches of port

my 15" DC XL M2 is unloading.

obviously going to make a new box.

since i have a mac, i cant download torres

but, i want an enclosure thats tuned to 28-30 hz (for decaf music, ground & pound, etc.) with a larger port width (dont know why i like large L ports)

all i have to work with, is RE's box calc, and i know thats shit.

i've talked with a friend, and he said to ask here about doing box calculations by hand, and to ask for the formula(?)

so if anyone knows that, i'd appreciate it.

    any help is appreciated :)

  3. i always back up my computer once every 10 days onto an external hard drive.

in terms of music, i keep a backup on my phone, one on an SD card, one on a 2nd hard drive, and one on a flash drive.

both the SD and flashdrive stay in my car.

but i am thinking about getting a 3rd 500gig HD to keep connected to my HU in the vehicle also.

talk about careful am i right?

Hell yeah. Lol. Two external hd's along with a flash and the phone? Damn. Lots of copies...

instead of using itunes I prefer to online storage. That’s a more convenient way to backup your datas. In case your macbook crash you can still recover these data from your e-storage. And you can download a ipod to computer transfer for backup.

for Windows:how to transfer music from ipod from to pc

for Mac:how to transfer music from ipod from to mac

Definitely true but not all of us can afford online storage. I know it's not that expensive (like $12 a month or something) but still. Most of us spend all we got on car audio.

only problem i've ever had with it: the song names will start with like this

    01 Decaf Homicide

    01 Decaf juicebox

    etc. etc.

its annoying as fuck, but ill never lose my decaf :D

  4. im in the exact same freaking situation aside from the anger issues.

i also work at a pizza shop, my manager is still a teenager, and has no immediate "higher ups" in store

he thinks that because he is on salary now, that he can come and go as he pleases, (which ends up being ~20-30 hrs a week)

and tells us (the "team") if we dont stay late, he will fire us.

he takes money out of the till to go gambling, makes poor decisions, and makes schedules up to 3 days late.

i didnt work this monday, tuesday, or wednesday because he didnt make the schedule.

i've also had to act as assistant manager the past 2 days (i've been employed there 3 weeks -.-)

i also will be staying, purely for the fact that i have a damn good chance of being promoted to assistant manager, and that shit looks great on future resumes.

if your able to do the same as that, i'd say stay, or tell your district manager about the issues your manager is having, and let them deal with it.

  5. start with big 3 in 1/0. a lot of grounds, and 2 pretty large AGM batteries from a respectable company.

edit: is this for daily or comps or both? music or tones? bass race or db drag? all that matters when choosing an electrical to suit your needs

big 3 is already done in 1/0awg kicker hyperflex

its going to be for mostly daily, but also able to put up good numbers

  6. an amp that isn't made in china.

    a strong electrical

    a good source unit

good quality shielded rca cables to reject noise

i've got the Knu Krystal rca's, an amp thats getting replaced and a HU thats getting replaced as well.

a better question is the term "good electrical"

i need an explanation of that.

    thank you kran :D

quality brand amp with proper power being supplied to it. enough amperage and voltage to run efficiently and strong withput overheating sending your subs a clean unclipped, musical signal. usually set with a DD-1 or a DMM

Good answer until you got to the DMM part. A DMM has no way of detecting distortion or showing you the sine wave. DD1 or O-Scope would be the 2 options.

    a) good electrical

    B) quality amp

    c) dd1 or oscope to properly tune system front to back

    d) CLEAN MUSIC! If you play boosted music that is clipped all to hell, it wont matter what you tuned your amps with, you will still be sending a distorted signal to the amp and it will in turn send a distorted signal to your subs.

    is decaf's music clipping?

i know that his "breakup" does when nicki minaj comes in

  7. ive got a 15" dual 2 Fi Q that im considering on selling

    lmk

what you plan on letting go for?

    no idea.

was given to me because my brother doesnt and will not have the funds to be able to run it

and i pulled the gasket, and from the markings on there and the stiffness of it, it seems to have had an extremely fresh recone.

i used it for about 2 weeks @ ~900rms and babied it most of the time. still stiff, coil looks good, etc. etc.

also, i dont dip into Fi very much and have no idea how to price it.
