  1. to n8ball2013 a friend of mine gave me a little inline relay to put in between the eq and the amps, he says the reson im getting the big pop is becouse the eq is shutting off right away and my amps have relays in them to slowly turn them off so i dont get the poping noise. and becouse my eq is a 9 volt linedriver also its sending all that power to the amps all at once and thats why im getting that POP. Makes sence to me. thank all you guys for your replys and i will let you no how it works. And yes there will be alot of picks of my system and truck on the way. please be patient with me i no nothing about computers, and this is the first web site i have ever been a part of. thank you.
  2. Strangeduck thanks for the reply, now i have a full size capistor in my main power line, and like i said i didnt have this problem until i put in the eq/ line driver. But maybe puting a 2nd one in right buy the eq will help, but thank you and everyone who replyed for trying to help. i will let you guys no how it works.
  3. i have a pretty nice system in my truck, 4 dd3515s with about 12,000 watts of powerbass amps on them. my amps have something in them to stop them from making that crazy poping niose when you turn it off and it worked great, but the other day i put in a new HFEQ witch is a 4 band eq, 2 way crossover, and 9 volt line driver that buy the way is F,ing GREAT!!!!! but now every time i turn it off i get a crazy loud POP. I dont no why its happening but it driving me crazy, plus makes me jump like 3 feet every time. can some one please tell me how to get it to stop??
