-

-
im in milton, about 200 miles from tally
-
victory red IMO would look best
-
nice idea on the plugs.
but damn i bet that was some damn WORK lol
i have the same pair of crimpers lol
-
well theyre going in a sealed box so they will have seperate chambers.
but he's lookin for something that has sq and still gets decently loud, he's not lookin for 150+ db.
something that does 135-140db and sounds good doing it will suit him just fine.
-
i think it looks fine.
but w/e i dunno exactly what were gonna do but hopefully he gets me the money so i can start on it.
-
maybe i'm just reading this to hard but are you thinking about mixing sub sizes...???
whats so bad about that?
ive done it before, seen it done before, and know ppl that have mixed sub sizes in their daily drivers.
-
i fugured as much, but they can handle 2 ohms fine right?
-
anybody know if the rf punch amps are 1 ohm stable?
im thinking not but i was wondering.
-
im still workin on it
but no i dont know yet
yea, i played with it for an hour, and got pissed off at it.
-
right ok so u want to add bass to a song
open the song into audacity
now go to project new audio track. it will open a blank score that u can use to add notes to
go to generate click tone set ur tone and length then create a bass line
once u have ur bass line and u like it got to file, export as mp3
then itll mix the two tracks and voila a new bassified song
im glad you told me this.
im gonna be doing this tonight lol
do you know how to get the words out of a song without messin up the music on there?
i wanna do somethin with a couple different versions of sweet home alabama

Fiberglass is everybit as dense if not denser then the above stated materials when made properly.
well ill be honest with you, im a pretty shitty fiberglass man, i hate doing it. id rather do the wood or mdf.
-
I can hook you up with 2 T1 12's for $100 each plus shipping.
oh really?
what kind of condition they in?
i might want them for my truck.
im currently subless/boxless in that right now.
pics would be nice too.
-
theres no profit involved.
it my brother's truck, im just doing him a favor, and i like doing this stuff.
im thinking about the p2 15's or some p3 12's and 10's
just depends what we find on ebay.
-
-
could go with a set of P3's in a sealed fiberglassed enclosure.
meh at fiberglass, its pretty, but not a dense enough material.
its gonna be mdf or birch, might do a fiberglass trim or something to pretty it up though
-
haha well i dunno.
what do you think i should do?
was even thinkin of 2 15's and 2 12's or something.
i was lookin on ebay and it seems like i can get the p2's at a pretty decent price.
im bout to order the coaxials and components.
im thinking these for the comps.
http://cgi.ebay.com/Rockford-Fosgate-Fanat...1QQcmdZViewItem
and these for the coaxials
http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-PAIR-ROCKFORD-FOSG...1QQcmdZViewItem
so say another 150 for the amp, thats about 300 on the speakers, what would you do with $700 in a suburban for subs/amp?
-
the budget ive been given is 1000dollars. and yes ill be buying these off of ebay.
and he wants a sealed box.
i was thinking maybe 2 10's and 2 12's.
i need some suggestions, ive never had this much room to work with.
and he wants to go with rockford everything.
so i was thinking maybe p2 series woofers?
and im gettin him a p450.4 for the mids/highs and a component set for the fronts and a coaxial set for the rears.
-
yea thats what i was thinking.
ill drop by one this week and see what they tell me.
-
well my gas mileage mobile is a damn dodge minivan.
i know its gay...
but i was wondering if there was a cheap keyless entry kit i could buy that just plugs into the fusebox or something
anybody know?
-
that looks pretty nice. id stain it black if it was mine and put a grill on it somehow.
but nice work man.

i say go 1 12". cuz if you can get one sub to do the numbers that 2 do, it'd be more badass.
and from what ive heard and read btl's hold up better?
