  1. ya u should be good . BL's are good for up to 2000 and im guessing you prob wont get that out of the 2500's in the real world just be carefull with the gains

It's a CEA Comp. amp. If he has the electrical system to supply it, why wouldn't he see it?

The more power you put to a sub the more heat and resistance gets created.
  2. I have the millermatic 220/110 mig welder and love it but the harbor frieght one should be fine if you are just going to use it for little fixes here and there. And 100 bucks is supercheap so why not. I have never tried to weld steel without gas though, it may be the ugliest non penetrating welds ever, but who knows lol.

  3. padding will not be needed around the box if the box is built right, just saying. if the box is rattling the toolbox, then the box is vibrating and needs bracing.

It's pretty heavy gauge steel. I'd honestly say it's about 3/16 to 1/4" thick. Ok maybe not 1/4" but it's a toughly built box. I'd hate to cut a side off, BUT I'll DO IT DAMN IT! I'm just being silly now! Sorry guys, I'm in love with my design and I want it to work!

Thats probably not steel, im guessing aluminum. Goodluck though man you seem excited about it so im all for it.
