  2. i havent noticed anything after doing my big three at all lol. my voltage is still the same as it was
  3. yes replaced both also the cps. changed plugs, cleaned tb, checked for vaccuum leaks. one thing i did notice was that my wire harness was touching the exhaust manifold for some reason. so i secured that and for some reason it runs better lol. your wire harness against your exhaust manifold ouch probably runs a little better just cause there is less resistance heat + wire =resistancei have read so far could be a clogged cat from what i have read in this forum could be a rather small leak in the intake i also saw you said you tuned it up a bit have you checked the the spark plug wires you may have some the fire close together but aren't firing at the right time which could be a reason it is backfiring while speeding up have you changed the spark plugs cause i know high miles on spark plugs aren't good either mine were still factory but got the done the gap had actually increased If it was clogged cat wouldnt it run like shit the whole time? My jeep has no spark plug wires, and just replaced the plugs with same problem
  4. man thats good shit, the 18 would be fucking insane lol. i met up with a dude who had an aq 18" hdc3 and that shit felt like his roof was gonna pop off lol and i couldnt breath only on a shitty autotek 1200 watt garbage amp. i have an american bass hd12d2 that i replaced my 2 memphis cast m3 15s with and let me tell you, this one single 12" sub is absolutely insane. more bass and spl than the 2 15s. if your thinking about going to 18 give ab a try man. there fairly priced and will pound harder than any sub in there class.] but im thinking different now a days lol. im thinking anyone can bang big with huge subs lol. but what can i do with a tiny 8 incher? dudes are hitting 150+ with sundown 8. how crazy is that shit lol. well either way, your setup looks like it hurts lol i like
  5. This it the part I don't understand. You have probably spent over $100 throwing parts at it and still havent fixed the problem. Take it into a shop. Also don't buy any electrical part form Auto Zone (I'm assuming thats where you are getting your parts). They are cheap for a reason, you could possibly have gotten a new part that was bad to start with. yes but think about it this way, if it was one of thoes simple sensors like the symptoms point too, making my car run like shit why wouldnt i try and replace it my self instead of taking it to a shop for them to charge me oujt the ass on tests? is it not worth a shot?. i love when people who cant do things there self try to suggest that i cant either. it is worth it to me to spend 100$ on trial and error for something that shows signs that the tps sensor is bad or the crank sensor is bad instead of giving the mechanic 100 bucks to tell me that the tps or cps is bad and then charging me for the part and labor to put it in. now that i spent my 100$ and no answer i feel more comofterble soending the money because its obvisouly a more serious or maybe lesss serious problem. i dont like paying for labor and either way i have to pay for parts and im not by any means trying to be rude so i hope you guys dont think im trying to be a dick. i haven't come across a shop that will diagnose for free but then again i haven't really looked for one lol. but if im going to pay someone to fix this fine piece of american garbage, its going to be done by jeep. where there will be no question in my mind if the shop is shotty or hacks, if that makes any sense lol

  9. that is the last thing i can think of. when your cat was bad did it do it the whole time you were driving or just sometimes?
  10. mass air flow sensor right? what would leak tho? a gasket or hose or something? and if it was a leak wouldnt it keep doing it the whole time i was driving. and when i pull away from stops and stuff?

  13. its really when i start the car and first try accelerating, im not sure if it does it when its warm. but im pretty sure it does it everytime it sits off for like 10 mins and you first start it and first start to accelerate. because after i get it to stop it wont do it again for the rest of the time im driving. but if i give it like half throttle it when im puling away it trys to do it but doesnt because im accelerating faster. but when i accelerate or pull out of my drive way slow it boggs down backfires and hesitates when i floor it, it hesietates more and pops pops pops but then pulls itself out and launches like your flooring it and then it doesnt do it again till i turn the car off and let it sit for a couple mins.
  14. no smoking at all. its so weird bc it will do it if i just let it idle. but when i get in the car and drive it and "pull it out" of the hesitation it will stop and run fine
  15. yea this is really ppissing me off lol. i replaced just about every sensor. brand new o2 sensors and it still throws an o2 sensor code. the car only does this when i first get in it and try to slowly accelerate. it acts like it wants to stall out and i floor the gas pedal and it backfires a bunch pop pop pop pop and then it like launches you lol. like its pulling itself out of the stall. its really weird
  16. i just built the box to spec of the speaker? what would you do to make it better? wrap it in carpet?
