I Cut my Baffles out of double layered 3/4" Birch Ply
Glued them together with titebond 2 for 48hrs clamped and weighted down
Slid baffles into place roughly where needed
Baffles centered in rear and measured for equal spacing ,then secured
1/2" all thread used for bracing.
All that is left is the subs to be delivered and installed... wall is sealed forward
Deadening : All Deadener is Audio technix's 60 mil line of deadener
Side project : No explaining other than Focal 6.5s
Sorry for lack of pictures as this has been over a 6 month span and I was doing all work myself and did not always remember to grab my camera

Ok , lets start with the basics
Vehicle :2002 Ford Focus SE
Subs : 2 Audio Technix 18" Subwoofers
Intent: Do a 150 or better at 35hz at the headrest .
Now for the Pics :
I did some initial measurements for the entire volume I could use without a complex box. After Wood displacement I had 22 cubic feet of internal volume .
After finding my measurements, i went into Google Sketchup to mock up some ideas.Until I had a final idea of what i wanted to do
So before I started building I needed some much needed upgraded wiring . ( 6 25 Foot Rolls of Audiopipe 0 Gauge CCA) 4 Runs 2 Positive, 2 Grounds
I fused my wires 12" from post
Now I had to get a Battery bank (xs D3400
Odessey PC2150's
My amps of choice : Mb Quarts ONX 1.1500
Ok time for some framing and build pics No explanations :
