all im looking for is when im looking for new songs is the lower the hertz like deeper bass or does it mean that its really loud bass?

sinc im still pretty new to the car aduio world i want to know if higher Hz is better (ie: 42 Hz) or lower Hz (ie: 32 Hz)? thanks - RF_ kid
