[SMD CC-1 broken?? HELP!!!]

that's just it. I adjusted the lpf doing just that. then i turned off the cc-1 then tried to to cali it to 25Hz, and the cc-1 was telling me the to turn it down. after i adjusted th lpf.

ok, i got a smd cc-1, adjusted my low pass on my alpine mrx-m110. there's a subsonic filter too. did the instructions and for some reason it's telling me to adjust the sub filter down when it's @ it's lowest??? I need help!! is my cc-1 broken? or my sub filter? wtf!! eq's and all are turned off and all. please help!!!

no other settings, just L&R gains. another funny thing is that with the LOC gains set max, the DD-1 wasn't picking up the 1kHz -0dB signal but showed that there was a signal. there's a twist. that's where i was like WTF!!!

ya, sure is. I didn't adjust the amp yet but the eq's and all are flat & turned off. weird, huh?

But wouldn't the LOC show distortion if the signal is going through it? idk, i'm so confused!

Ok, got a factory HU that's connected to a PAC SOEM-T. Turn down the gains on the L&R channels on the LOC, and turned my HU all the way up but the DD-1 is not getting a 40Hz -0dB signal? The signal LED lights up but not the 40Hz. Then I turn the L&R gains on the LOC all the way up and sure enough DD-1 reads the signal. Best part is the Factory HU is turned to max. volume with absolutely NO distortion. Is this suppose to be ok/correct? Please Help!
