US Army: "We have enough tanks. Stop building/repairing them for 3 years, will save 3 billion dollars." Government: "That's cool. Next year's budget? $181 million for new tanks."

Sad part is? 170 some Repubs/Demos voted yes for more tanks. We have tanks that we are not using. Have not stopped making tanks since WW2. We're good on tanks for awhile.

Their reasoning? "That'd make 16,000 Americans lose their jobs". Ok, I know we are trying to keep America employed but if we're gonna spend the money, why not use it on things we need unlike tanks? Lol.
