  1. Tellin ya it's the porn man. Gotta stop it. Lmfao.

But idk, I randomly get script errors... but it's when I'm "aquiring movies" lmfao. And that's all I'll say about that haha. But the entire browser freezes as it tries to run the script, the script crashes finally and then it works fine until the next one.

Considering it happens for you on here? Idk. Maybe re-install all your shit. I mean no one cares about explorer so really, that's fine. But eh, I just say stop lookin at porn. Lmfao.

  2. Think all of that is a sign to stop looking at porn. I mean for reals. Lmfao!!!

But no, it's not your carrier. Carrier wouldn't exactly edit how pages load on your devices. It can be the sites you visit, even if you're the only one with the problem. I mean I play a game online and it seemed that I was the only one having problems with it for awhile until they fixed it and now it's all good. But a temporary fix was to run it in like windows xp mode or something. So unless packets are getting dropped or some technical lingo stuff going on like that, carrier has nothing to do with it.

Lame... but I suggest going to starbucks, mcds, bk, a place that has wifi and log on. See how it loads there vs at home. I mean the more things you log on with, the better. Obviously you don't want to bring a desktop into mcdonalds but if you have a laptop... pretend your looking up some schoolwork type stuff or whatever. But also log in with your phone and anything else. If it loads the same at whatever place as your home, obviously nothing to do with your carrier or whatnot. It's then your devices. But if you browse and browse on devices and it works perfectly... then I'd say it's your modem. Some technical lingo shit going on.

As far as the whole "loading then quits" or whatever... I experience that on this site a lot actually. "Loading" for 30 sec-2 mins... then finally loads and all good. But yet don't have that on any other site. I mean I go to my school website, email, whatever and quick as shit. So could be the site for that issue.

In the meantime, all I can really suggest, until someone more technically advanced chimes in such as Sheena or whomever, could try running FF in another mode. Like you can right click it and "run as admin"... or right click>properties>run in compatability mode and try different modes. See if anything helps.

  3. From what I've heard on people's previews (x-play, ign, etc etc)... it'll be an awesome game. In a sense, sort've a twist of assassin's creed although not related one bit. But usually xplay, ign, and all them rate games rather low, but they all rate this game pretty high. Like most "good" games that the public enjoys are around 6-8 overall. This is I think about a 8.5/9... so unless things changed between their preview and the release, shouldn't really disappoint.

Plus this game has a twist... you don't have to kill anyone period, or you can kill everyone. Strange since in every game, you have to kill at least certain people.

  4. how can i get some stickers for my car? ive got 2 dc lvl5 15's running off od my favorite amp ever... a memphis 4kw mojo. ok, ok. it's not a dc 5k or anything like that, but im he only one i know running dc and i would love for people to know what kind of subs are rocking thier windows. so how can i get some love and fly some dc stickers on my car??

so many things wrong with the post. first of all, know the risk of running stickers, it's free advertisement for thefts. second of all, why do you want to draw attention to yourself when you're pissing people off? third of all, why the fuck are you "rocking their windows"? and fourth of all, contact a dc rep from this site.

Exactly. Only stickers I would have are non-car audio related. Things like this... http://www.ebay.com/itm/Peeing-Calvin-Custom-Vinyl-Car-Window-Decal-Sticker-Pissing-Bad-Boy-ANY-SIZE-/261038027508

  5. Now I have 2 aspects of this... 1-I've never played any of the creed's. Never really appealed to me but then since everyone talks about it, about how great it is, I have wanted to just no cash flow. Then 2- I watch Xplay (or did till my DVR recorded every f'in episode even though I selected "ONLY NEW EPISODES") and they did a preview of the newest and said it's more than likely an uncontested game of the year. So not sure if it'll be better than the others, as I've never played them, but from all the hype? Should be another great addition to the franchise.

  6. Good stuff to hear!

edit- was wondering how long it'd take for any of us to know Sonic was carrying SMD products without the announcement. few hours from when they put the items up or few days? I'd go with 3-4 hours...

I think Steve hinted toward it in the DD-1 HV press release haha. But for people that didn't see that, I think we did a pretty good job of keeping it a secret. :D

Yeah, I didn't see it. Had no clue it was in the works or even thought about. So without the announcement, wouldn't have known. But all in all, great news for not only Steve or Sonic Electronics, but the public as it's even easier to get his great products.

  7. I'm really glad I didn't update to iOS 6. I'm on 5.1.1 jailbroken.

I did cause I thought it'd fix my internet. I have an Iphone 3GS that I use as an Ipod touch... since no service on it, de-activated it. But connected it to the wifi at work, went home hours later, wouldn't connect to my home wifi. Did a factory restore, did an update to the new OS, everything. Wouldn't work. Then went to a place to eat, they had wifi so I tried it and it worked. Worked fine ever since. I don't really use it all that much cept as an Ipod so... iOS1 or iOS40... don't matter to me.

  8. Ok with your pics, I'm never putting my pics up. I'm not sure if you consider yours along the line of professionally installed but mine is nowhere near yours. Lol. We have confirmed I will never do pics of my sound deadening. Lol.

But, I've noticed that too. My trunk would rattle so I got some damp pro and put it on. Trunk rattles no more, now it's the rear shelf. Not exactly fun. I'm sure the rattles would move elsewhere after. But it's all good. Traps the metal so no vibrating and keeps the sound in so it's almost soundproof. I used to notice I could hear a lot outside... bass, music, even people talking (when I was outside and they were inside waiting)... shit, not no more.

  9. i always wondered why people stuffed that into their boxes, just never bothered to find out in my few years of car audio :noob:

Lol, I've actually never heard of it until I saw west coast customs. They were doing the owner of Monster Cable's car and had some sealed boxes. They weren't happy with how the subs were acting so they threw in polyfill and much better. I never knew if it really worked or not since they do whatever they want and say whatever they wanna say on tv, but thanks to Steve... we know it's true. It does help. Although I'm sure much of what is on TV as far as those type of shows is over-rated or could be done way better, nice to know at least that part is true.

Awesome seeing these theories put to a real world test.

    Nice video!

Now I'm anxious to get one and find some more uses for it myself.

    Sort've like mythbusters eh? Lol.

  10. we are getting a LOT closer......but we do still have some design changes to make before we go full steam ahead.

The bezel you see in the pic isn't even a finished bezel. Its a sample that happens to look great IMO - but it will change a little bit before we can go forward. We also need to address the voltage readings on the display. They look great in the day but you can't see them at night. (the actual numbers). We plan on fixing that.

so the LED is going to be toned down some so it isn't so wicked bright, the numbers on the front need to be lit up so you can see them, and also we need to get the tooling done for the cigarette lighter adapter that we are going to offer for it. It will be useful for any car, not just people with big system's.

here it is in my F150.

Question. I know the best place to read voltage (for car audio at least) is at the amp, as you want to know what the amp is actually getting. And I see that you say Steve that the cigarette lighter adapter is for those without big systems. Just wondering how useful/accurate it is (or will be) compared to wiring it to the amp in the smaller systems.

  11. I added these 4 Pyle Marine 8's(they were in wakeboard enclosures that I didn't like, I busted em' up & trashed em') & built this enclosure, just for some exterior sound & I compete in IASCA Bass Boxing they'll do for now but I'm playing on changing them out later on, this is just something I did in one day...

  12. "According to NASA, the shuttle-shuttling 747s handle more sluggishly at slow speeds, burn about twice the amount of fuel and have to be more careful about avoiding inclement weather. (A normal 747 can go over 5,000 nautical miles; the retrofitted NASA 747s barely exceed 1,100 nautical miles in one go.)"

    Source: http://dcist.com/2012/04/how_the_747_managed_to_carry_the_sh.php

It does state that the shuttle 747 weighs as much as a 747 with JUST passengers, or atleast that's what they say. But also consumes a lot more fuel.

  13. While I get that since it is simple to get, as if your vehicle is empty, it'll get the best gas mileage. Fill it up and weigh it down, it'll suffer on gas mileage. But isn't a shuttle heavier than all the cargo (baggage and persons) of a normal flight? I know, just another way of making money but still... carries a jet but has problem with baggage. Ironic to me.
