ok try this first, check the ground, most of the times a bad gound can lead to noise, then check with another set of new rca's, and finally if stills making noise it will probably be the headunit, it happens to me one time and it endup with the radio

i have 26 on my suburban and they fit perfect, i try with 28's but when you take a turn they make contact with the bumper, the tires that i have on 26 are (rear) 305/30r26, (front) 295/30r26 and what i try wit 28 where (rear)&(front) 295/25r28. hope it will help you
