  1. Damn right it is. Couldn't have done it without your help though dawg. You the man dude, I owe you one.
  2. Well shoot. I'll just have to work with it
  3. I also have a question about a head unit. I have a 2002 Ford Taurus with the stock head unit. I'm wondering if I should spend the money to get a new head unit or just buy an adapter for the one I have now?
  4. That isn't a bad price at all. That's pretty decent for a first system.
  5. It looks just like the second picture. Does that mean single 4 ohm vc?
  6. Alright, maybe I'll wait a little bit and do some more looking around and researching. Possibly find a good deal and see what I find out. Thanks
  7. Alright, maybe I'll wait a little bit and do some more looking around and researching. Possibly find a good deal and see what I find out. Thanks guys
  8. Alright well I'm thinking I might get those subs because my brother is giving them to me for a good price, but I'll possibly look for a better amp to go with them. If the subs are power hungry than idk how well an 800 watt amp is going to hold up. Also I will probably make a ported box for them with my friend Pro7 using medium density fiber board. Sound good or are there any other suggestions?
  9. Yeah that's exactly it. I'm just not wanting to spend all that much money for my first system. Thanks for the comment, hoping I get some more help.
  10. Hey guys, I'm looking to buy my first system. I have an oppurtunity to buy two 10" Earthquake dbxi's for $60 in a prefab sealed box. Not sure of the voice coil configuration yet but I can figure it out soon. I'm also able to buy an 800 watt Pioneer amp for $50. I was wondering if that setup would be a good system to start off with and possibly cost effective. Any other comments or suggestions would be appreciated because I'm sort of a beginner at this stuff.
