  1. is that the one that james helped you build?

I Built this box with Ray for my old Mercedes. Then gave it to James when I sold my old 18".....Now that I got a new benz and a new 18", im borrowing it back from him 'til I get money for fiberglass and wood for the real build up....

James did paint it black and round the edges though, when I gave it to him it was bare MDF...

  2. 256mb... that blows... and is the price shipped ? my dad is looking for one where he can do animations...

and is this capable of holding 8g's of memory ?

I got this the day they came out in the US, and it was the very base model. The memory is upgradable. There are a total of 4 slots, so 8GB is possible with 2GB sticks......

The Price does not include shiping...but i will negotiate...

  3. What I have for sale is one of the first G5 PowerMacs to come out...Its a very fast computer in excellent condition that runs JUST as fast as the day I plugged it in(how many PC users can say that?)...I have used it for the past couple years with ease. Not one virus, not one pop-up, and not one repair problem...This is a great computer for the everyday internet surfer, or business person looking for a solid platform....

The G5 is designed around the OS-X Operating System which is the safest and easiest to operate. User-friendly doesnt begin to describe this machine. I've used it mainly for forum hopping and producing music and its done a terrific job...

Unfortunately, after buying a new car and putting in a large system, I have no more money left to finish the car. Which is why I am selling this G5...

    Specs for this system are:

    Machine Model: Power Mac G5

    -Dual 1.8GHz CPU's

    -256MB Memory

    -PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-107D Superdrive

    -80GB Hard Drive

    -NVIDIA GeForce FX-5200 Graphics Card

  4. WTB: Custom box for 4 18" Fi:BL's

I want it vented, thinking vent facing the back and 4 subs firing straight up. Not sure if this will out-perform a wall, but i want to flex, and this is a daily driver.

subs are 1000watts RMS I will be putting 1200 watts on each. Not sure of the frequency I need, but 45hz sounds too high, possibly round 30-35hz. I want to hit decent numbers, and flex the hell out of my SUV.

    28-32 cubic feet @ 32-35Hz....

  5. All you have inside the wires for the neon are positive and negative. So all you need to do is get a 12v source for the hot(positive) and ground your negative to the body. There are a couple ways you can do this, one that involves purchasing a toggle switch, and one that does not. With a toggle switch, all you have to do is find a constant 12v source, t-tap onto that, wire your switch up, and your done. Tuck your wires and go. Without a switch you will have to find a switched 12v source like your ignition or accessory wire. You can also tap into a dome light or remote turn on, ect...

    Hope that helps....

  6. why cant kids stick to drug abuse and underage sex. Im tired of all of these MTV-warped teenagers with no clue as to what the real world is, doing stupid shit and causing good innocent people problems...

I was sitting in my car one night in front of my buddies house with the lights off waiting for him, some kids drive by and one of em chucks an egg at my car...I started the car, hits the brights, chased em trough a neighborhood at 45mph until i finally got under his bumper and threw him up onto a random lawn...cracked him in the jaw AND made him give me $100 for a full detail and wax....

Sucks that you werent around to catch the little fuckers, try a junk yard for the window, they usually have em real cheap...

  7. well the max height is 17, max width is 40 and the depth of the trunk is about 24

Better make sure you can actually fit that box through the trunk opening. Just because you have the room doesnt mean you have the ability....

As far as a box design, what you are looking for is a pretty complex design, and I would not reccomend it for your first build. You actually gain dB by having your woofers in a common enclosure. So, I would suggest just going with a normal slot port design to one side with your two subs on the other side...4 cubes tuned to 35Hz with around 50sq.in. of port should do just fine...make sure you roundover your port though....

If you need an actual design, shoot me a PM and ill draw something up for you...
