So as a soldier or vet you would classify that guy as a pussy? lol
He is a Public Affairs Officer, IMO he is a long haired hippie freak that wanted to say he was in the army but when it was time to go to war he pussed out. I've had to take kids to combat that cried their eyes out when we got on the plane to leave but when they got there they were fine. They should have sent him over there and told him GO TO WAR OR GO TO JAIL. You enlisted to serve our nation not complain about going to war.

I've deployed 3 times, he is just scared and needs a good kick in the ass. If he was in my unit we would have taken care of this pussy before he went to the press. Guys like this really piss me off, if we don't take the fight to them they will come here and hurt our families. And as for spreading death, well let me just say that I don't loose any sleep over the things I have done for my country.

there is a company that does something kinda like screen printing for T-Shirts. They can put any pattern on your factory plastics that you want. The woodgrain and carbon fiber looks really good.
The pattern is layed out on the surface of water and they dip your plastics thru it and when it dries i think they put a sealer on it that gives it some shine. I watched a show on TV about the process, it looked interesting and there are endless possibilities for patterns.

get 2 inch lowering shackles for the rear and it will be level

Yes, there is.
A few different companies make a simular product like 3M
How much flex it will stop im unaware of, but im sure it would do something if it can stop a bullet from going thru glass.
we've got that on our vehicles at work, all it does is stop it from shattering and going everywhere. It will spider like the front windshield after you put it on. It is just extra thick clear window tint.

probably going to a shop tomorrow to ask about doing my 2 front seats and my back 60/40 in black leather black suede for my tahoe so I'll tell you if I do
for a tahoe I would go with the Katskinz, you will be very happy with their product.
-
I paid $500 to cover my two bucket seats in a nice "fake" leather and suede inserts. Just shop around til you find a shop that will do it for a price you like.

Mechman can build it if you take him your ride. You are closer to him than I am and I was considering using him.

Is this your first system to install? If it is then you should take a close look at everything before you finish hooking it up.
There will be a momentary spark when you put the fuse in, this is normal and will not hurt you or the system if you put it in correctly. If it is more than just a momentary spark there may be something wrong, good thing is that the fuse is designed to blow before your equipment is fried ( in theory ). The fuse will start to glow bright red and then pop if there is something shorting out.
I personally would just shove it in and see what happens but if you are really worried about it then take it to a shop to have them install it for you.

I had a Kinetik do that on the charger, the top of the battery under the sticker is where it will discharge from if it is going to do it. I've been told that it isn't good for them but I never noticed anything wrong with that battery after that happened.

For what is in your sig, I would say yes. You can do a VCM and see if it works for you since they are cheaper than an alt but I would personally go straight for the HO alt. The HID's in your rides are covering up your voltage drops that normally are evident in the lights dimming. You will not be disappointed with a good quality HO alt.
-
Viper or Code, any of the DEI lines will be good to go.
-
For your situation I would recommend running a 12V alt. If you want to set it up so that you can run the one alt at 12V, and switch it to 16V for comps, we can give you instructions on how to do that. It will require that you use one of our alternators with the XS Volt regulator, and you will also need a couple 200A relays.
That sounds like the way to go but when you are running all of them at 16 volts you won't have anything charging the 12volt batteries so you could only do it for competitions or demo's.
Have you thought about doing 14volt battery bank and charging just shy of 16 volts, your stock electronics are usually rated to 16volts so you would be good all around. I have been looking into this option cause MTX amps can't take over 16volt input so a couple alts charging at 15.8 and a 14volt battery bank would maximize their potential.

I walled my 97 Celica hatch back with 4 kicker comp 15's on a ZR1000 about 10 years back.
Before that I had one Eclipse aluminum 12 in a big ported box that was crazy loud for 1 12. Hatch back cars are pretty easy to get loud with a good ported box
-
you can do one big port or two smaller ports, one per sub. If you post up the sub specs you will have a better chance to get a box design. I would need the full spec sheet to use my design program.
-
Even if the shop is building a custom kit there is no way that it should be that much. Try another shop cause they are crazy. They are talking about $325 just to mount the radio/screen in the dash. I know people that would glass it in for less than that.

how is it murdered out when it's not black, isnt that what murdered out means? either way the new camaro looks like shit
typically it is all black, around here it is all flat black. Looks good but that is not what i would call murdered out.
-
those trucks are huge, why are you having problems? You can make a basic box and panel it off for a clean install, maybe flush in the amps and do some plexi.

KNU wire is great but it will cost more than a $100 for copper wire. I got some off Ebay that works fine and I have run the welding wire that is even cheaper but less flexible. You will get what you pay for cause I have seen some 0 awg wire that looked more like 4 awg wire in a larger jacket.
-
That is exactly how I have mine, 2 viair 480's on each 5 gallon tank. Takes just a couple minutes to fill from 0 to 200psi, takes even less to go from 140 to 200 where the pressure switch is set.

this is the one that I have, it has taken care of my kinetik battery bank for several years trouble free.
