how did you do the remote wire, did you use relays?
-
I got all 4 taken out like 3 months ago, i just remeber counting to three then waking up all stupid and taking phone videos of myself saying "wooowww....i feel like I played 5 games of beerpong" over and over again
-
i usually do foil, and then duct tape and then spray it with a lubricant so its easier to remove
-
i found some vids about it, lets see how this new embed thing works
name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>"> name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="350">here is another, they start using the phone at 2:00, apparently it can control pretty much anything that is electronic

I have already had one of those and it blew them as well. I meant t say 100 amp circuit breaker.
then go with a 300 amp fuse
-
I'm not sure what you mean by a 100 watt circuit breaker, but it should be at least 100 or 150 amps, or better yet go with anl fuses, like this:

AGH! fatmat is even worse i had some of that in mine, cuz my bro had a lot extra layin around so figured it wouldnt hurt. last fall i went to add more, but e-dead's liquid version of the deadener and i saw a lot of it fallin off. some stuck, but most came off.
yea it was pretty bad, all the stuff started fallin down within 1 month, some of it fell on the sub and it was a bitch to get off
so u think hushmat is better then?
-
yeah dynamat is good for that i hear. hushmat is better
i actually used fatmat, i still have like 20 ft left so I might buy some hushmat
-
Hey how does the dynomat help when you had that SOLO X in the back? Does it kill all the rattles?
the mat helped a lot, it did stop a lot of the rattles, however, I live in arizona so during the summer the mat that was on top side of the trunk started melting and falling off

relocate the spare!!
-Drew
good idea, i hadn't thought of that, i'm going to start taking everything out of the car next weekend so i can get the measurements and start getting the box together
-
I think I messed up, should have put it in the Subwoofers / Enclosures section, can someone move it
-
I have the exact same amp but I got 4 tens connected to it right now, I just went out to the garage to check if this happens to me too and it does not, i moved the knob from the lowest to highest setting while my stereo was on and on mute but the subs didn't move
Help With Jbl Amp!

A relay might help, it really does sound like it is some sort of voltage problem, it might be that at a higher volume the deck can't put out enough power through the remote wire to turn on all the amps, I would recommend using a relay, either way you can get a relay for under 10 bucks at any autoparts store, so I would try that before going out and buying brand new amps
