Sent you a PM
So if i were to get that battery should I jsut use the stock one too? Or should I replace that too if its in just fine condition.
-
Anybody download / use it or attempt and fail?
Anything?!
Is this only for OSx or is there a windows version?
-
There OK for what your running but they don’t have the reserve capacity a Kinetik or Power Master would have.
So those would be better? Are they more expensive to though?

1/0 wire, Big 3, throw 1 battery in the back, 160-200 amps i bet your fine all day long
Alright thanks. Yellow tops good enough?
-
So a 200 amp alt would be sufficient for 2600 (rated) watts?
Also would I need extra bnatteries?
-
1 BTL 18 run from a hifonics BXi 2608D rated at 2600 watts rms at 1 ohm. Does this sound reasonable, how big of and alt, and how many extra batteries do or should i need?
Any help would be awesome, thanks guys.

NP man its all easy just takes a little time to sink in
Yea I just need to get a good handle on Amps Watts Ohms Volts and all that fun stuff with electricity.

2000 watts is 2000 watts
doesnt matter wut ohm load if its 2000 watts its 2000watts
higher ohm load will have a little more of a dirty signal but more power, lower ohm load will give u a cleaner signal but less power (on the same amp of course)
Ok thats what I thought. Thank you.

Anybody know anything? Thanks guys.

Haha and yes, I did mean the BTL, my bad.
So would 2000 watts at 1 ohm be the same as 2000 watts at 2 ohms?
Sorry I'm kind of new to this, just trying to figure it all out.
Anybody?
-
Haha I did not know that, thanks. Yea I am planning on using a BTL 18 for some car use and just for a giant sound system. They had some nice amps running some JBL MRX’s at Guitar Center that were running at like 700 watts at 4 ohms I think. I just wanted to make sure the BLT running about 2500 watts would be louder at 1 ohm.
-
Yea that helps. But would running a sub with 1000 watts at 2 ohms be as loud as 2000 watts at 1?
-
Is it better to run your subwoofers at higher ohms but less watts or more watts and less ohms. What are the benifits to each of these or is one definately better. Thanks.
