  1. Another slow import for FTL. Not hatin on you but i dont like imports lol just asked BFB. Nice vid tho if it had been a V8

Spoken like a true hater - still want a ride to Unite in my slow import? It could be an expensive trip in your 6cyl box on wheels, quiet too since you only have a few 6.5's to listen to.

Nice looking ride, btw. Just don't make it sound like an oversized misquito when you add exhaust.

  2. I had these in for about a month... they saw a trip to Daytona for SBN, one competition and a some weekend trips around town...they're barely broken in. Did a 145TL/149AC and I wanted more so I bought a second amp and upgraded to LV4's.

Perfect mechanical/cosmetic condition, will be shipped in original packaging/boxes.

$375 Shipped (signature will be required). Paypal only.

  3. I know someone else on the site who has the floor board for the bottom of the box :) I wont say his screen name but his real name is John!

Yup, I'm guilty. I hate to admit it on here...that foam does work really well for sealing, although, I'd be pissed if I paid to have something built and that's what I got. Having said that, I'll be rebuilding it all the right way in a few months and hopefully bump my 152+ up a bit.

    Bash away.

  4. Just wanted to update this in case anybody else was trying to do the same thing. I posted the same question on the RF forums last week and got no replies so it still looks like ISO was right by saying that it can't be done (using the RF remote).

I did try running the remote to the first amp but it doesn't affect the rca outs for the second amp. Instead of trying to splice 2 cables together, I just went to plan B - use the sub level control on my EQ (in dash) to achieve basically the same thing as the RCA line level controller, only down side is I have to use buttons to control it instead of a knob - not nearly as convenient. Someday, I'll build separate chambers for the subs and will just run 2 RF remote knobs - or get a bigger amp to replace the 2 1500s as LoudBlazer suggested. <_<

  5. It should control both amps when connected to 1. best bet would be to ether call Rockford or email them. They are usually pretty quick with there email response.

I was hoping someone on here had already done this and got it to work. This is the response I got from RF when I asked them about splicing the wire to connect both amps (yes, they were quick to get back to me, but it wasn't much help) ...

"I have heard of people saying it works and only gives you 9 db of gain instead of 18, I have others say it doesnt work at all. You will have to try it with your setup."

  6. You're already running a set of RCA's from the head-unit to the amps, right?

Hook that unit up on the dash, plug one end into the head-unit, other end goes to the RCA cable that runs to your amps.

At your amps, to hook the 2nd amp up, run an RCA cable from the output on the first amp to the input on the 2nd amp.

Set the gains with that knob at full also.

Ah, ya... that makes sense. I just assumed those were both rca outs.

  7. I'm adding a second RF T1500 and I'm not sure what I need to do to get the remote bass knob to work for both amps. There's no place for a sync cable, no master/slave, just rca in/outs.

I'm wondering if I have the remote connected to the first amp, will it automatically control the second amp through the rca outs? Or should i splice in a second cable and connect both amps that way?

Here's what the amp looks like... Anybody have any suggestions?
