Is there a cherry somewhere within that pole vent?
-
I see a 149 with a single 12 happening in my truck
-
Looks like I have a new toy to play with. Get your ass over here soon Andy so we can test this bitch.
-
I have one. Don't hesitate to buy from MG, you will get what you pay for. The small pulley is nice because you will get near the full output at idle.

Pioneer
Pioneer's are notorious for preout problems. Try this http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=198477 One time my buddy was about to throw out his hu and I suggested to him to try this and he told me that it fixed the problem.

i would of thrown in some w7's in their but the w6 should sound nice either way i like it.
W6's sound better anyways. I wish I had one for daily.

i would think another benefit of externals when going for pure spl is the ease of changing the tuning of the port. take it apart, cut it down, reassemble it. done.
That's one of the reasons. It's much better for spl because with internal ports when changing the tuning you change both the tuning and the volume at the same time This way, I can change the tuning in a matter of 2 minutes w/o affecting the volume of the box. I can also change the volume of the box and easily readjust tuning if I wanted to. Plus, it looks cool and is louder.
-
Maybe matter has always been here?

Forgot to mention that the HDC3 will be going into the box today. Unfortunately I don't have a camera, but I do have a termlab.

She looks a little cleaner now, I busted out the sander. I'm still not going to spend a bunch of time on making it pretty because scores are all that I'm concerned with. I got new blades btw, they're actually made for cutting curves lol.

What I think that you're not understanding is that there are so many variables that nobody can give you an exact answer. The jeep has less airspace, so in theory you would think that it would be easier to pressurize. But, you also have to take into account the asoustics of the vehicle and the way everything is setup. Just because it's the same equipment doesn't mean that that it will react the same way in both vehicles. Different vehicles will prefer for the equipment to be set up in different fashions. Therefore, it's hard to give you an exact answer. The word "variable" is so important in car audio, you just have got to realize that.

OMG im so sick of seeing these threads....
There needs to be a post stickied for the noobs that states something like....
THERE IS NO WAY FOR ANYONE TO ESTIMATE HOW LOUD YOUR CAR IS and or WILL BE.
You can get matching cars/amps/ subs and just because one vehicle will hit a 150, doesnt mean the other one will too.
There are so many varibles its not funny. Such as 1 amp may put out more power then the other, one car might have its seats in different positions (yes seat position effects the meter), one power wire maybe a bit longer causing more resistance.
My guess, I say your car will do 101db on a 60 hertz burp....
Why, because never expect anything for score. You can have the best audio gear avaible and still have a shit score do to poor install, poor knowledge.
Tis' very true. This is what makes the difference between winning and losing in the lanes.

If you want high scores do a smaller box
-
What's my huge problem?
I don't know? You haven't told me your scores yet.
-
You have a huge problem if you can't do 145's.
-
tuned kinda high, did you have the SSF on?
It wasn't the subs fault.
-
ooo you better not let melissa hear you say that... she will come whoop ur ass... no such thing as chick subs... a sub is a sub, they just all pound different...
I'd do a wall of them for only $5 each.
-
where did u get the terminals for a buck a piece?
I like the copper ones the most.
