  1. I felt like makin this song hit the way it should should have it uploaded for everyone to download soon a few people have also been askin what the side mirrors look like
  2. Heh extreme DB's I guess I could see where it would be easy to think that if your looking at the video of perillo's practice run Got all four right now the slaves didn't like being in the hatch and exposed to 160/170's everyday which was a given (the port was a little over a 170 when i put the termlab in it with all four amps in) I have to bring the slaves up front today.
  3. It is way less then that after all the resin inside it and steel bracing I put in. It was either keeping the box in the backseat (pretty much a wall) or getting it down to the window line and bringing it into the hatch to makup for airspace. This was an older box i had to put in sideways just to fit it. With 2000 watts on two eclipse sw9152s (the efficient version of the titaniums) it blew 151's on 43hz you guys can rip on this box all you want but if you heard it you would forget how it looked.
  4. Since I started strengthening a few things in the car and hushmatting I have noticed that I have around 2 db of gain with the windows down or a door open. My score used to never change before I added the deadening and welded a few weak spots on the hatch. With the small changes I have made to the vehicle it can be easily determined that it needs slightly more port area to create that even pressure in the car (when your score doesn't change or only goes up with the car sealed up) Which will be added soon!
  5. I explained this before in another post The background of my score would be lit up red if I red lighted. Bassrace starts on set and Db Drag does as well. I can just time to mic to point where I am almost at full SPL or damn close off the line everytime. According to some west coast guys I guess they have changed when the mic starts now. Sams is still the same.... Heres an example of a red light so you can see what it looks like. bobs second run the background is lit red
  6. Thanks Should get even sicker This is still the daily enclosure just trying to keep my port area low enough with the new box to still use jeezy in bass race, unfortunately I don't think it is going to happen
  7. Hell yea TEAM BALDMAN ON THE MIIIIIIIC I am gonna upload that shit right now!!
  8. WITH ONE KICKER 12 IN THE TRUNK STILL??????? INSANITY Good job Mike! Was it a bit smelly in your car after those last few runs? haha
  9. When I was filming that your lower bumper moves like crazy (the camera didn't show it too well) For anyone who wants my version of the song in this video here is the link to download it from me. Good for a trunk car that is deadened this much. Over a 146 legal in a trunk with the port area peaking on 43hz. http://www.megaupload.com/?d=LEPBW52J
  10. There were two series of these woofers. The standard line was the SW9102 (10") SW9122 (12") SW9152 (15") no 18 in this line besides the set that one guy had custom built awhile ago (the set of TI 18s that were all over the forums) Those also had the Pro coil but they were in a DVC format I think The TI pro line included the 18 which was eventually discontinued. The TI pro line had a much higher power handling and was much more expensive obviously because of the coil. After around a year of use most of the woofers started having surround problems (they were splitting all the way around) Anyone who dogs on these woofers has obviously not had the proper experience with them. If used for daily they are badass woofers. I owned two SW9152 series TI woofers (not TI pro) These were hands down some of the best woofers I have ever used because it is a extremely linear woofer with low power handling (3" peak to peak). They also stayed very cool and could still handle a good amount of power. My original enclosure for these 15's was around 8 cubic feet with less then 30 square inches of port. Here is one vid of them 150's on my audiocontrol and between a 145-146 legal tuned to 25hz and peaking @ 30hz with less then 1000 watts on each sub. These woofers actually shit on the 18's for ground pounding obviously because of how I had them ported and tuned. I just wish they didn't have the surround problems otherwise I would be messing with the TI pro's right now
  11. I bet people can smell you coming. LMAO impressive for one 15 though.
  12. Correct, the enclosure is tuned to 35hz and the current port area is peaking between 43 and 45hz.
  13. Anytime I got all my tools moved and the mic over at my place now. Just give me a call
  14. I like to try different port areas and tuning very quickly and box also allows me to do that. Depending on how you set a wall up it is more perm. and usually a huge pain in the ass to change. Providing that you don't mind having some small phasing issues that configuration is usually very effective for low frequencies. Everytime I have done it, it works damn well.
  15. sounds good man i don't know if you got my new number so I will pm it to you
  16. Using a hatch as a loading chamber even in a low tuned application works to your benefit if done right. I wish more people would realize that before they go building walls their entire life. It's not going to move now, the whole thing has been deadened and filled and is at least three times heavier.
  17. Good luck to you guys as well I would like to see another coast take the cup for a change You guys got all the bullshit worked out with the rules this year so now you can focus on winning.
  18. thanks During a 49 run it decided to rip off the windshield and take a chunk of it with it Next time I think I am just going to make my own mirror and bolt it to the metal where my dome light is...that might hold Take a look at what happened to the hatch I just had it welded
