Thanks guys glad you like it
and hell yeah man I am going to leave for pheonix here in a few minutes but I'm not taking my truck :/
Last minute my dad asked me to take the car because he just had knee sugery and driving the car would be easier for me...kinda bummed
You gotta stop upping the game before the rest of us can even get close. Geez man!!!!
SICK!!!!!!
Thanks man! Just trying to make something different!
but made another vid of it playing in the daytime/mirror mode and it works great! you can see the vu-din dancing perfectly in the daytime
-
Well here are a few pics of the amps before I added the VU-DIN
and a short vid of it playing
and if you havent seen some of my other work with smd D'amore stuff here's some other stuff I've done
Thats about it....for now
I'll make another vid of it playing during the day sometime so you can see it when the covere is in "mirror mode"

Damn dude thats amazing work keep it up!!
-
seriously people are still guessing...this needs to be locked lol!
-

yeah the ones in the amps are wired directly inside to the power and ground blocks and the one in the dash is wired separate power and ground from the other guages directly to the buss bars in the rear and all three read differently? I have a vid of it I could link you to showing whats going on
what you said makes total sense though and I think that may have happened
-
Oh and I was going to mention Im having some trouble with my vm-1's if you guys could maybe help me figure out...all three have different starting voltage but they all drop the same when my voltage drops but I cant figure out whats going on?
-
Thanks man, Im still messing with my system tuning and stuff so I dont want to sync the om-1's with the dd-1 yet because to get to them I have to take amps completly apart and being mounted upside down it takes a while and hard to do by my self lol..so I would rather wait till eeeeeverything is perfect and then I'll take them apart sync them and watch them dance... The two om-1's in my dash as easy to get to so I can do them whenever.
the tm-1's are putting in work though! set them at a 100 and here in az they are blasting as soon as I turn them on haha!
-
Added some more rgb's to the back these ones are slightly different in looks and after powering them up they dont exactly match the ones in the amp but they are close..I think I paid like 5-6 bucks for the pack
I put 2 in the port 3 over the buss bars 2 inside each mids and highs amp rack so lights up quite a bit better this way
soldered everything
resultand a little vid walk around of the new improvements
DONT FORGET TO CHECK OUT SOTM!!! ONLY 56 PEOPLE HAVE CAST VOTES..KINDA SAD! -
This is some phenominal work all around!!
Very jealous of your cutting skills and most of all your router bit set...damn those are nice!
where did you buy them?

the 3.5" coils are interesting, also interesting that AA just came out with the mayhem 10" with "similar" but not exact same specs...
....none the less I love beefy tens these look very nice and interested in how how they work out...I love my DC "xl" 10's something about beefy little monster tens..love it!

Love me some led's...I have a cheaper chines on in my front bumper...bright as hell though..Although I know the more expensive ridgid ones you have a far better/brighter, I have a set of small ones wich are really bright as well... so much light for so little power! Love it!
Looking great!

Looking good man glad to see it getting more finished up... trying to get my system finished this weekend. ....race you!
-
Damn it why does it have to be a chevy...why!?
-
well not related to my 5.0 k's but I got my center console done with the 4 smd guages vm-1 tm-1 and 2 om-1's so here's a money shot of those!
mids and highs are playing on om-1 to the mids and the other to the tweeters for now...once subs are in I'll switch out my mids for the subs for the om-1's
Also I dont think I'll stay with these switches...probably get different style one that light up blue
-
Yay! Tercel is getting some love again!! Good to see its back on track!
-
Oh I get yeah...yeah I will be well under that haha, probably going to need like a 2-3 amp fuse max lol!
-
I am running 6 fans 3 pushing 3 pulling...they are tiny thin profile 40mm fans that are not as power hungry as your average 80mm-120mm computer fans.
Pretty sure the manual says it can power 4 fans, if you go more than that you will need a relay but I didnt want to run more wires and stuff so when I tested it it the fans seem to have as much power running all 6 full spead as it does when I hook them up individually to a battery....meaning they dont seem to be underpowered.
as for running multiple smd devices on the same fuse fans included(I think thats what you are asking?) I dont see why I shouldnt be able to run the three gauges and 6 fans off of a single fuse....how big I dont know yet I will hook up my fuse tested and turn everything on and get the fans going full blast and see how many amps it pulls and fuse accordingly.
Hope thats what you mean.

Alright so today I shaved off the amp mounting feet...really happy with it....just used a sawsal lol worked great!
Then desoldered these guys apart so I could use them in the amp
Like so
Even have covers for them
My dremel cutoff wheel supply is empty so had to do the second one like this lol...cleaned it up with a grinding bit looks fine
5.0k all stripped
now I have an external fuse for all the guages and fans
-
That is sick. Awesome work
Thanks buddy! Cant wait to get it in.... haha!
Fuck dude, now I want em' back, LMAO
Haha I think the price just went up a bit lol! Side not I'm not sure the duals are going to work...the back wall that these will mount on puts them reeeal close which is going to be hard to get all that wire squeezed inbetween them...didnt realize I dont have the space....So on that note if I cant I'll make sure To send um' back to you ...the inputs not the amps haha!

The amp covers are plexiglass but it's still a little hard to work with cutting it be hand and then using a router. I used hammered metal paint for the outline.
Thanks man! I try...can't wait to see what you have in store! Each time I do something like this I get a little more brave to try something more complecated
