if you like drinking partying and lack of sleep- and ammenities it is a n annual thing.
located about 1.5hours north of sac back in the hills.
probably going to rain this year off and on but that has never stopped the fun.
friday sat are the best nights, hundreds to thousands of potential campers

I have a 720watt kenwood amp and a 800 watt pioneer 12 but the rms of both is only about 150 i bought a 800 watt amp installation kit, and it worked for a while then the bass started to turn off and come back on then it went out completely i put in new RCA cables not as thick as the old ones an it did the same thing now no bass what could of happened? my amp gets power and everything i hooked up correctly but i seam to fry RCA cables.
no they only transfer signal, they can break though. check to see if you get ac signal at the end(amp side of your rcas, should be a couple of volts that will fluctuate with your volume

and thats all let me know what everyone thinks.
nice and clean box good luck with the subs you will be satisfied

sure, come on outthose rides are insane! can i just sit in one.

i did a 151.?? at db drag world finals in ssnw1-2 with about the same power tuned at 37 burp at 41i lowered the tuning freq to about 40Hz (net volume dropped to 4.1cu.ft) and just hit a 151.6 on the Audio Control meter this evening..
i believe another 0.5dB is possible with these boxes..
question, what's the best score you guys have seen made with around ~3200Wrms.. my personal goal is 152dB but i not sure if that is high or low for my power..
-
technicaly it is not tuned at all, a pure tline just gives the speaker its ideal invironment to play in that matches its fsso your goal was a line length to give you a tuning of about 38.5?

not a personal atttack on you but that brazillian style annoys the shit out of me and a few others that i know of. thank you for your intereast in how we do it up here, its not only about the bass but a balance of music. but IMO the rainbow boxes and doors are for teh fegsIn USA, Subwoofers are cheaper than Brazil. (I wanna say "much more cheap" - is right?).
We got just few models, from brazilian factorys. Bravox, Bomber, Selenium, and others.
I never see - here - Stores selling Orion, DC, FI, etc. No way!
My dream is buy 2 or more 18" FI subwoofers and build a very big box. But... import from USA, with many many many imposts, taxes, "others costs"... for example, a sub is US$ 200,00 there, here it will cost more than US$ 1,000.00!!!!! For rich guys, no problem, but to me... I got 4 mouths to feed in my house.
We got a few Bassheads here in Brazil.
We just break CDs on the port of vented boxes, and when we are in the streets, the car alarms start with our low freqs
I ever loved strong songs, with powerful BASS. When I see your videos, I think to myself "Volnir, go to the States livin la vida loca..." http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/public/style_emoticons/default/hairtrick.gif
You can´t believe in me. See this shit here in Brazil. I hate it!!!!!!!

or just do what i did rescently, wood 500lbs, subs 360lbs, amps 120lbs, batteries 280lbs for a total of 1260 plus a few.(in a 1/2ton 85 gm)wah la 2-4 inches of drop
-
if it has the overload you can flip it and mount it on top of the springs, use c-clamps to smash it flat enough to re assymble.
wah la! 2-4 inches of drop. well that is how i remember doing it 15 yrs ago

it was a home made slowed version of rubberband but that was not posted as not legal at the time so now i gues ill be at 33hz unless i find something lower. so that this is clear then ther is no homemade allowed either? time to hit up the record store for publically released slowed music(if that is not breaking the rules)

large case cs144 300 amp iraggi on 3 cyl geo-no slip...(3 rib belt)Seriously I don't see a 1 db gain just being generous!
Your car was pretty musical! throw some Hertz componets in or something u want musical.
I say your best bet is more power. It is gonna be hard to get anything more then 200A out a alt without the belt slippin.
same alt on 85 gmc v8-no slip......what is this belt slip problem people talk about
got picsYeah and I'm a Ballerina

any help is better than none thanks b ill look into that asap
convert it all to 12v and charge him for the conversion etc

a sealed box gives the subs more control and limits excursion which increases power handling. a larger ported box will give more output with less watts because the speaker is allowed to move. but just be careful and bump responsiblyWell I'm just weirded out by the whole fact it says these speakers handle 400 watts RMS.... then its actually only 400 watts RMS if its in a compact sealed box.I mean, I'm going to be feeding them OVER what the manual says for a ported box.

why do people glass it? for strength?
for strength and to seal all the pores in the wood(and seams)

just get the factory nav bezel from dodge and then a dbbl din will mount right upyou mean the black pieces? because of how the new dodges are, you kinda have to use 2 kits to achieve the kit for this truck ,.... especially for a double din from what ive experienced with this truck and the way the guy i work for wanted it done.thanks for the advice though .... definately put it to use on the next one we do .... although we really didnt have much time with this one.
-
on the pickup it looks as though you cannabolized a kit and just glued in the sides...what do you mean?next time fill in and sand it dwn and re-paint for a seamless job
