    Street Max is still combined. Now this is what I was waiting for. Rumor had it that there will be a product list to choose from for the new classes.

    If you go to termpro and reads Wayne's thread in the "Members Only" section. He explains that he talked to certain companies who are suppose to support these classes. Now we are waiting again to see the list of companies. The classes looks interesting. Again now that we have the classes we need the rules to back them up. Now I agree we need to finalize where Finals is gonna be at so we can all get on the ball and get ready for that and decide who is actually gonna go. There is less than 9 months to go.

    i just moved up to ss3-4 and now i have to compete against all the big boys with 5-???subs and $$$$. :mad: looks like a bass race year ;)

  4. Switches Rated At 80 Amps?

    So most amps are wired to the ACC on your key. My new amps for my new car will be wired to ACC to my key of course; but I also want a switch. So when the car is turned ON, if the switch is in the ON position (where it'll normally rest) the amps will turn on, like they should.

    However, if I see a cop or if I want to test part of my system, etc. I want to be able to flip the switch and kill some of the amps.

    My questions is ...

    Say for example it's 1000 watts RMS.

    So 1000 / 12 V is like 80 amps or so.

    Where can I find a switch small enough but that is rated for like 80 or 100 amps? I don't want it to melt.

    I've only seen these where I work (a solar company) in big DC disconnect form

    use the switch to power the remote turn on wire on/off. not the main amp battery wire. get atleast a 3amp rated 12 volt switch

    not restrictions for joey... kingsuv will be in my class, hes not allowed to have that edge :lol: theres only room enough in Rio Linda for one loud bassracer and I'm plannin on the title (for this area) sorry melissa.

    rusty, talked to the guy, about the thing, and as of right now its still a go. double check on sunday and will make contact on time and place
