well thnx for the setup info-suddenly I dont feel as bad-4 15's in that lil car better wang like a mofo.
Still very nice scores and I think I remember seein you building the box somewhere cuz the port design is unique and I liked it.
I also didn't realize it was a 4dr or that the box was above windo line. So thnx for the links that clued me in quite a bit.

haha x2, I drives expressway to and from work, and it's been snowing since this morning. were opposed to get 3-5 inches.
well, its all good when ur bumpin ur system everyone stays the fuck away from you =P don have to worrie bout sum1 rear ending you when their like 200+ ft behind you =)
but yah, all the people in cali, florida, las vegas, lucky sons of bitches.
atleast we get snow on x-mas day =P
snow is only a 1/2 hour drive for us in sac... best of both worlds!

had a short session on my lunch break today... first try with a bass race format, i had a late start
but still shows promise
after that music run, i tried a peak hold un the same song with drained batteries...
wonder what a fully charged burp would do? any speculations?

that is called a SHIFT
you have to DE-magnetize it, take it apart, clean it, reglue it... its NOT something you can do on your own, even de-maging it is very dangerous, you gotta have a professional do it
I dealt with these for years, no easy way around it bro, sorry

2400 is huge. bigger then an optima i think. what car do you have?
rv size 7x9x13 so unless you have an old pickup...not going under the hood easy

the stock alt is 75 amps. the next thing is 130 amps. i know, that sucks. im getting the 2400 for now. my buddy redbaron80 got 1 2400 per t3k with stock acura interga alt. hits hard too.
no such thing as overboard....is there a such thing as to much bass? amps are a hungry creature, give them as much food as possible

smaller car good luck with that goal but dont get the hopes up right away. defin a mid 140on music but to grab a high 140 in that car i feel would need more power. i could be wrong but let me know how it works out for you. if you would like some help with anything pm me and we can hook up

thats the plan jack. i got a new bassracer. no more saturn, thats my commuter now. 1993 mustang hatchback. with a 130 amp alt, big 3, all 0 awg runs, rf t3k, kinetik 1200 and a box tuned to 33hz. what do you think i will bassrace at?
how many cubes? definately a 39.9; but you will have to reflect ports and subs off of the glass . or is it a wall

now can the Dc's handle the t3k?
with short blasts... no problem but dont go full tilt for any duration. drop your gain so that your sitting about 1000rms and listen daily with no worries. come compettition time DROP THE HAMMER

can i run 2 15" DC lvl 4 subs ( dual 1 coils) to a RF T3K @ 1 ohm? if so, how?
yea just series/parr or parr/series. either way will do the job for you

louder but mor punchy...you will lose some deep notes. the further away your subs are from you the more time each frequency has to develope. the higher the note =the shorter distance to complete the cycle. so if you just want to be LOUD... wall it ; if you want sq...just start experimenting with boxes and in time you will find the right combo that will work for your vehical/equipment set up. Good luck.

ok i have a 98 jimmy wit 2 soundstream t4-15s and the box below tuned to 39hz is what i have now(well its out for the winter to re-do it) i do a 144.5 as of now people tell me to make a bigger port and i agree. i wanna wall it off cause i have alot of mids/highs i wanna put in so my main question is will it be louder than it is now or will it be less loud cause right now it sounds louder compared to the numbers and i like it a few people on here have heard it and said they think it should be puttin up better numbers and i dont wanna wall it if its gonna be not as louder but i really just wanna put all the mids i have so any imput would be gtreat thanks
wall will minimise air space in vehical making it easier to gain a higher spl. i say wall it!
