  1. shit i just wanna be able to be one of the local gulfport groundpounders and maybe get into some bass race ya know for fun cause homeport is boring and i need something to keep me outta trouble and wat better then car audio

cool shit welcome to the world of loud music lovers. good luck on whatevr you can do and be sure to post pics of your build

  2. would it be possible to hit a 150 with 2 18s either BTLs or lvl 4s

that all depends on how you want to do that 150...ie with a musical daily ground pounder, or a one note wonder? I started out 4 yrs ago just trying to have fun and then the 150 was a holy grail to me. now i have to up my game so i can do constant 150+ on music. anything is possible with the right combination of motor, amps, and juice. And the right box for example Steves honda... dont know the official #'s but rumor is that he can bassrace high 150's at like 31hz. if this info is wrong i am sorry. just keep experamenting and learn as much as you can from others and implament that info into your builds.

  3. 2 RF 15001bd. he blew one last weekend i think. :o

power 1500.1BD times2 correct. i may have got lucky and only have to do some solder work on the rca cluster and the remote turn on... im crossing my fingers. ive ran those amps for 5 yrs now and never had problems. gotta love RF

  4. no, he didnt. he hit a 149.9 with the RF T2's. he replaced those with 2 lvl 4's. hit a 149.9. later is when he installed 4 subs.

when i switched to the dc's (2 of them) i grabbed a 151+ at WF on a burp, but i was over powering them. now that i have 4... i can hit 150 on music daily

  5. But the GZNW's FS is about 37 HZ

currently im running a T215" @ 2k rms but there is someone who offered me to swap our woofer

do you think it would be a good exchange for me??

yea i would love to have one of the btls or dc sounds but i live in germany..... <_<

hda a pair of t2 box tund at 37 hit great at 40-44 , no matter what i did with tuning i could not get a good low 30's not out of them...just a lot of flutter. RF tech support even told me that they did not feel that the subs would play well that low. T2 was designed for comp which means they are great for 40-55hz not sq i personally changed to dc myself and am more than happy

  6. Came out to the Woodland show, NOV 4th.

Brian did a 144-145 in Street Beat 2 and a 166+ in Port Wars

Jack did a 149+ in Street Beat 5

    I did a 153.0 Burp @ 40 hertz and a 152.1 in Street Beat 3.

Bill trailered a friend who broke down on the way, what a guy!!!

hoping to do more but lost 1 of my amps on saturday :(

  7. well when he had his fosgate t2 15"s, he hit a 149.9. hes now in the low 150's for sure.

not sure exactly on the numbers, been using kingsuv's meter. he told me it is 3.2off so with those calculations im doing a 149.5-150.5 on a 30 second music run and burping 150 at 31hz and 151.9 on a 45hz note also had a fluke and hit a 155 on a 49hz but could not replicate

    still only at 3000rms
