i thought mine was heavy enough too but it slides everytime i touch the gas and im sure my 15's weigh more than ur 12's
always bolt it down
k i will be sure to bolt them down

or when u hit the gas hard and the box slides back and hits the back and damages ur subs...
i don't have them bolted down right now but i will do that asap. the box and subs are heavy enough to stay in one place but i will bolt it down to be safe.

if it was connected to the power antenna, what colour would the wire be? Right now i have it connected to a blue one but there is another blue wire that is connected to yet another blue wire. so in total i have, for some wacky reason that i have no idea about, 4 blue wires.
i'm sure you guys know what the problem is: my amp and sub power up when the mode is on radio, but as soon as i turn the mode to cd the amp shuts off.
just to let you guys know.

does it have a power antenna wire and a remote wire on the H/U?sounds to me like you have it hooked
to the power antenna wire.cause it works when you have the radio on,but cuts off on the cd.when you
switch sources it cuts the power off to the antenna.i bet if you check,thats what it is.
I don't know a whole lot about stereo equipment and stuff like that but all i know is that the blue remote wire it connected to another blue wire from the harness.
I will definitly check if it's hooked up to the power antenna though. Thanks a lot.

ya pretty much. My amp powers up when i have it on radio.. then i change to cd and the amp powers off.

I got a new deck and my amp and sub only power with the radio, but not with a CD. I don't know what this is so I'm wondering it someone can help me.

lol, awesome, i used to run 4 10"'s in a old honda prelude with old school punch amp, i loved thse subs, sounded good/ The old Rf Glory days.. if im not mistaken, they handled 400 rms nd 800 max... congrats

Hey guys, I just picked up a 10" Rockford Fosgate Punch DVC from my Uncle.
I'm wondering if any of you have heard anything about these subs or know if they are good subs.

They aren't 149. I think sonic has them for $119 as well.

ya.. but i can't go too expensive. I'm only 16 lol and i still have to pay for insurance for the car and i think a newer import would be really expensive to pay insurance for.
