  1. Is the T1500 a CP amp and does it come with a bass knob?

Did you buy it new and do you have a birth sheet?

I need to know the 2 ohm rating.

What are you willing to do on a SAZ1500v2. I love mine but would consider a trade just because I like RF amps the most.

Mines in mint condition, no scratches accept around the screw holes and I'm still not sure if I will trade but would think it over for 24 hours.

If it is a CP, I get first dibs.

  2. I would say Rockford Fosgate.

If ran at 1 ohm it should have a more consistent amount of output power which should be noticeable for sound quality and I feel that the Rockford should have better overall sound quality with less distortion.

I run both RF and Sundown and I really like both but if I could own only one Class D amp and had to choose between the two companies, I would choose RF.

  3. That was pretty cool Rob, 120 volts AC @ 60 hertz LOL FTMFW!!!

Hey has anyone ever put a clamp meter on a setup like that?

I want to know how much current is drawn in a situation like that.

Stupid idea.... Ever think of doing that in a car with a box tuned to 50~60 hertz? (LOL maybe the Termlab set up too)

LOL the kind of shit that can be thought of when there is too much time on our hands 8)

  4. I find it hard to believe a box built to 3.5 cubic feet after port and woofer displacement and tuned to 35 hertz is not playing low enough for you.

I'm also really shocked that you feel the CVX is not competent enough.

I think it is because you are not running enough power to them. You are putting 1500 watts of not the cleanest power on a set of subs that can handle a quality 2500 watt amp. Whether it be Sundown or Kicker's 2,500 watt amp you just don't have enough power on them.

And if you think that you are on the small side for a box for a 15 then what are you going to think about the SA 15 taking a 3 cubic foot box tuned to 35 hertz. LOL!!!

Here man the box recommendation is on this page.

    Ported @ 3.0 cubes tuned to 35 Hz - F3 of 30 Hz

It would really help if you bought a decent amp and no I'm not bashing or joking.

  5. I recommend the Audison LRx series.

big money for some of those too... id like to keep it below 350, i assumed people would just suggest amps in that price range lol

    Why?

When you said price doesn't matter we are going to turn you on to good to high quality amps.

    Not shit amps!

When it comes to Class A/B amps quality of the internal parts are better and that is more important, I would use any of the Sundown Class A/B amps, Rockford Fosgate, or Kicker.

This is where the components inside the amp mean the most.

And James will tell you what some of the amps are that are better than the brands I listed

  6. Holy fuckin shit.

    Someone got it right.

I was fully expecting tons of fail like, its your cap blah blah blah.

Thank you iso for making my day better.

To op. Class d. Happens alot.

Hell me stock mbz has this issue.

Try to move the amp around.

Glad I made your day Ray.

I have been trying to get the price for an AA Havoc

    15"???

    :peepwall: :peepwall: :peepwall:

Yes sir, :yahoo: After looking at sub and specs for months I think that Havoc 15 is exactly what I want. I want to help my buddy become an authorized RF deal so I can get my T2500.1BDcp and then I want a Havoc 15 or two.

I just can't think of any other 15 that suits my needs :pardon:

Would ya do me a favor and check your PM. I have been trying to get the price for an AA Havoc and you are one of the 3 people I have PMed and I haven't gotten a response.

Would you get me a price or find me a dealer please.

Hell I will call you if you don't mind.

  8. That doesn't make sense. Signal goes to the radio and then to the amp. Swapping out amps shouldnt affect anything.

Yes it makes a lot of sense.

You are using a Class D amp that uses FM modulation. It is just the way it is.

Class D amps do have a tendency to ruin radio reception and all you can do is try and install the amp some where else in the car and see if it helps.

You can try a different amp but I would recommend you call tech support to find out if their amps cause the same problem too or else you will keep having this problem.

EDIT: The reason the little 2 channel amp didn't cause a problem is because it is not designed the same way at all like the ClassD sub amp.
