A little over a week ago, I ordered a PPI amp and Image Dynamics sub from Sonic. I significant part of deciding to place my order was the web site showing the amp to to be "In stock - Ships same or next business day". Unfortunately, it didn't ship the same or the next business day. It took two days before it was shipped. Now, had the website shown that, I may have placed the order with Sonic anyway but it would have evened things out a bit with your competitors. Noticing that the item shipped from a warehouse in Kentucky, and could have been here the next day, didn't make me feel better. So, on 4/24, I decided to give you another shot and order some power distribution pieces, even after I called your CS number and was given inaccurate info about fuses you stock for the fused distro I wanted to buy. The pieces I ordered showed "In Stock - Ships same or next business day". It's now 9 minutes into 4/27 and UPS shows that my stuff is sitting in the distribution center, waiting for Monday. Had Sonic shipped the parts when your web site claimed you would, I would have been running power cable from my battery back to the trunk this weekend, rather than posting here about being, once again, disappointed that your web site makes promises you don't keep. So, should I just assume from now on that the in stock label on Sonic products doesn't have anything to do with reality, or give you guys another shot yo make good on what your site says? I still need to order another amp and a processor from someone late next week.
