5K Mobile Electronics Posted February 7, 2011 Report Share Posted February 7, 2011 Don't know what those are explain both questions. under load would be with everything on(headlights, heat/ac on high, current sub amp playing at max), or something that creates a current draw, some cars will idle at 13-14v, but under load from an amp that draws about 100 amps, they drop down to 10.5-11v.
