Mr.basshead/Spencerearl1996 Build log!

Recommended Posts

Well I've finally got my stuff in for the new build. Here's what it will consist of.

Sub stage- 2 TC 3000 15's D2

Sub Box- 2 1.5 cubic ft enclosures (The reason I want 2 is just in case I need to travel and I still want bass I can just take one sub enclosure out)

Front Stage: 1 Set of Crescendo CCX65's

Sub amplifier: Powerbass ASA1500.1dx wired down to a 0.35 ohm reactive load to give roughly 2k+ to the pair.

Headunit: Pioneer Mvh-p8200

Rear Battery: C&D UPS-490MR 139.5 Ah

Equalizer: Soundstream MPQ-7XO 7 band eq

Here are some pics for people who want them. I haven't started the build but will very soon since I have practically all the stuff. More pics coming very soon!

God I love TC! You better put build pics here first. Then you can go play on those other forums. <_< I'm definitely watching this.

Will do man and yeah TC is awesome! I got a kodak zi6 camera on the way and vids will be up soon of some insane flex from just one of them on the powerbass.

Here are some more pics! Videos on the way and I'll get some termlab scores up once I get these puppies metered. As for right now I'm just running one in one of my old ported boxes thats 3.2 cubes tuned to 30 hz and it absolutely kills the lows! I can even do a hairtrick at 20 hz but I don't have a camera yet but it should be in sometime tomorrow and I'll post some vids. As for the sealed enclosures I'm going to get started on them tonight and see if I can get them done before Saturday when I go to get metered on the TL.

Can I ask whey you screwed the EQ to the dash when you have a perfectly good half-din slot below your headunit? Build a box and clean up your wiring, looks like a good start.

Because I had plans for the half din. I'll see what I can do.
