Need new subs

First off I have a Hifonics BRZ1200.1D amp and 2 kicker 12" CVRs 2 ohms 800w

One of the wires came loose from the terminal about 6 months ago. I have reattached the wire at least twice a month since then and I'm getting sick of doing that so I'm just gunna get a new sub.

Would it be better to just get a new CVR? I can get one for like $75. Or should I just go with all new subs?

I was told to look into Boston Acoustics, Eclipse, RE Audio, and FI... which would be best? I don't want to spend a ton of money... probably try to stay around the $75/sub mark.
