crunkjuice1 Posted February 21, 2011 Report Posted February 21, 2011 Who has a mechman alt with the adjustable voltage boost module, what voltage do you set it at? I have two xspower batteries in the car do I set it to 14.4v at 1000rpm?
dugee81 Posted February 21, 2011 Report Posted February 21, 2011 14.4 volts going to the battery is pretty optimal, you could safely go up to around 14.8 i keep alt at 14.6 200a alt. by Excessive Amperage hc800 under hood & 2 Deka 9a31 in rear 1/0awg + big 3 SAZ 3000D HDC3 18" @ 2 ohm
