bcpballer64 Posted March 12, 2011 Report Share Posted March 12, 2011 Ok so I am toying with the idea of building a tractrix 1/4 wave box for the 12w6 I found. I am capable of the calculus but I decided to use this calculator to find the areas and what not. Only problem is that it is supposed to display the length required and it isn't (or at least I think it isn't). Anyone have any ideas? Maybe its glitched up for me idk. The numbers I am putting in are as follows if anyone else wants to see if it works for them. For the Tractrix: 12" diameter .5 Compression Ratio Fc as 28hz 18.5" Cabinet Width Like I said any ideas I am open to suggestions.
