MACnonsence6 Posted March 13, 2011 Report Posted March 13, 2011 so i got this pair of baskets from a guy on caco to do up a pair of re se motors the guy said they were from db platnum-idk how thats spelled there 12 spoke baskets i was looking into getting a recone from fi but then i thought about putting together my own and there was a good deal on some spiders on caco but there 8" my measurement for the spider landing on the basket was 7.5 so now im under the usumtion that recones from fi for re se 12spoke wont work with my baskets am i wrong? but the next step up will fit an 8" spider but i dont think thats where a spider is ment to go ill get up pics when my cameras charged I picked up an MTX Sw1212 powered subwoofer today. This thing sounds amazing. 130 watts, 12" woofer with a passive 12" woofer tuned to 27 hz. Moving the pictures on the walls and my girl got wet from the bass when i showed her haha. Tonight should be good haha.
