adam6604 Posted March 30, 2011 Report Posted March 30, 2011 this will be my first box and i thought id ask for some help and pointers! im using the REaudio box calc. its a L shaped ported box.. demensions are 48"x28"x18", the port is 6" wide and 12" long, will be 159" of port area, 8.72ft3 @ 33.68hz.. im SUPER new to all of this, so anything sound fishy? its going in a 1998 dodge ram extended cab, on 2 alpine MRP-m1000's Driving my 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 MEGA cab with the 5.7 hemi. Audio: Two 10" Alpine Type R's ( 1000rms models ) Hifonics BRZ 2400.1D @ .5 ohm Two Kinetic 1400 batteries ( soon to have XS power under hood ) Tsunami 1/0 Awg wire throughout truck. Stock Infinity 7 speaker system ( Junk ) soon to be replaced, probably all Alpine. Exterior: 17"Dick cepek rims with 33" Toyo MT tires Bushwacker fender flares Magnaflow true duel exhaust LED tail lights with Projector headlights Plasti-dip fun coming soon!
