ColeMartin509 Posted March 30, 2011 Report Posted March 30, 2011 I just bought two Kicker L7 15s. He told me I need to upgrade my wiring and my amp. Well I need help finding an amp. I just need to know what the best Amp to run these two subs would be. I was told they are the 2 Dual Voice Coils. They peak at 2000 watts but RMS at 1000. First, what ohm amp should I looking for. And will someone please explain how the ohms in the sub and the amp work. I just dont get any of it. Since they are both 2 voice coils is it a 4 ohm amp i should be looking for or a 2? And then the whole channel thing on the amp. What are the different channels? Sorry asking so much but im pretty new at this SpokandyLAN
