a pillar speaker questions

ok so as of now im running a set of polk db 6&1/2 comps active and i was wondering

i wanna put some cheap parts express woofers in the pillars with my tweets to help bring the front stage up a little better

now on the question, they will be ran off a seperate amp but the way my headunit cross over the speakers it goes like this

low for subs from 31.5htz i think to 120htz with a few db slopes from 36db to 12db

mid hpf from 31.5htz to 200 i think with -24db to passave

mid lpf from 1.5khtz to like 12.5khtz or something like that with -24db to passave

and tweet hpf from 1.5khtz to 12.5khtz with -24db to -6db

ok if u wanted to use the small speakers as mids should i come off the mid output and wire it like this, but if i wanted to bandpass em how would i cause a hpf on a amp only cuts out the lows from the speaker, i guess that will work and let it play tweets

what would be a good speaker choice

im looking for something that will be somewhat loud by itself, and still sound good, it will be xovered so they wont be trying to play low bass, thats what the 6&1/2's are fore, there xovered at like 80htz or something around there to 3.5khtz and i want to cross over the mids to around 150htz or 200htz to 3.5khtz

im not looking for sq type shit and this is as cheap as i can get to do it, i got some 3&1/2'' mtx coax i might can make work if i change the db slope on the midrage so it fallows into the tweets, but i have less depth than most people do to make this work, i might get some pillars from a junkyard to practice on

i listen to alot of rock/metal and country/bluegrass and im lacking a bit of midrange at lower volumes so these will help me out a bit

the budget is as cheap as i can do as to not haveing much money to do this with at all

oh, and in most 3ways ive seen the mids are like 3'' to 4'' or so, ied pick the 2'' but dunno how good it would blend
