System setup help

Ok so I'm tired of having other people install my stuff so i wanted to try it on my own. I went to the local shop today and picked up all the wireing i needed to setup my system. I have 2 amps 1 for sub, 1 for rear and front speakers. Stock Head unit. Is there any diagrams on how to wire the 2 way speakers up front to the HU and then back to the amp? I'm just confused on how this whole thing works.. I laid out all the wires in my house to do a mock up and i dont know where to begin. Im more confused on how to do the speakers then anything. I'm pretty sure the sub woofer is easy.

Any diagrams around here? i couldn't find any.

there are 2 way to wire the speakers.. either you can wire them to the stock wiring in the car to the amp.. or you can run new wiring to the "door or rear deck" to the amp.

Ok here is the part i am Uncertain with.. From the Cross over.. there is speaker wire that comes out. Where does that speaker wire go to? Deck or amp? Also i have Multi-conductor installation cable that i dont know where that goes. Anyone that can help please do im lost on this one haha.

Well judgeing by how long the wire is im assuming it goes from Head Unit to amp.. so now i just need to know if all this stuff can go on the back of a OEM Head unit. Or do i need some kind of integration kit?
