acidikbass20 Posted May 20, 2011 Report Share Posted May 20, 2011 About 2 weeks ago I got my eXcelon 9960 replaced through the seller due to a faulty unit. I sent it back and they sent me a 9980HD in replacement. (Not Bad!) Problem is now that for no reason (apparent to me at least), the entire left side (front and back) speakers cut out. No amplifier on them, they don't respond to any balance or fader adjusting, I took the unit out and checked all my connections and wiggled wires. No help. Think this is another faulty unit?
