Dbforlife Posted June 8, 2011 Report Posted June 8, 2011 2 aq hdc3 12's, 2200d, going to be upgrading to the 3500d keep in mind (yes i got the electrical) multi runs+ 2 yellow tops, big 3, soon getting my 120 amp alt re wound to 200 amp (60 bucks) (i dont need a h/o alt im gunna be doing up a s10 soon that s10 will have 1 so the wind up will do for now) But anyways, i did 136 @ 33 hz in an ext cab, tuned my amp alot more, and did 139 at 33 hz, and 139.4 at 37 hz with my box. Im thinking, i know i have an ext cab, its not easy to get loud.. with what i have i should be able to tune a box higher and get louder? So i decided i might build a aero port box, any pointers? I have no idea how the tuning works, i have an idea how its done but can anyone give me abit of pointers, or how to, or a diagram? thanks! 1998 GMC Jimmy 4 Dr. -SINGER 275 Amp Alternator -150 FT.
