l7 box help

Well I traded my fi x subs for a kicker 12 l7 sounds alot louder . I need a better box for the l7 not sure how to make it or what I want to port it ,I had made a amazing box for my fi but this l7 was so loud in the box the guy had, I want to make a ported box it needs to fit in my honda civic hatch. I was thinking 30 inch by 24 by 16 with a port at the bottom of the box 16 wide by 2 or 3 length. If you have some pictures that would be great.
