Ports Facing Up, To The Side, Or Front?

but what way do you think they should fire? both firing up or both firing towards other rear passenger?

not to thread jack but i useto have a set of rf hx2 12's ina ported box fireing up in my 99 tacoma and i hate to say it but my downfireing sealed got way louder than that did and hits lows n mids great but with sub up port up its like it takes to much room for the air to compress to hit the good notes with the downfire mines only like 3 or 4in off the cubbyholes behind my seat but its sealed n takes up the hole backseat, oh and i had a cerwin vega vmax 12 ported in there n i got the best sound with sub up port up also, i would sujest sub faceing back of seat n port up or sub up port up, sub faceing rear passenger doesnt rly sound all that great imo, hope i could help n good luck with the box
