bumpincruiser
so i have a 98 tacoma ext cab and im putting in a single ported box with an fi bl that takes up exactly half of the back seat so someone can sit back there.. my question is what way should the port and sub be firing.. either sub up port up, sub facing rear passenger and port, or sub facing back of driver seat as well as port.. by the way im doin a slot port.. not set on any of these ideas so feel free to give suggestions.. also what would be a good universal freq. to tune my box too.. i like the lows alot but i dont want it to hit just lows.. thanks guys
roscoe1129
I would suggest sub forward passenger side and port up. Works well in my buddies s-10 extended cab with 1 JL 12. bumpincruiser
I would suggest sub forward passenger side and port up. Works well in my buddies s-10 extended cab with 1 JL 12. ya the only problem with that is i need max space since im only using half the back seat so i dont think i will have enough space for the woofer pounding to do it that way.. any other suggestions though?>

dleccord
my setup for my 15 took the entire cab behind the seats; under windowline i got about 5 cubes but can squeeze out to 5.5 cubes. btw, the widest box you can squeeze in there is 52 inches; i learned the hard way lol.
