Pioneer avic d3 probs/ w video

First off Id like to say man this site is layed out very well lol. Better then most I am on. Kudos.

So hopefully this is the right section it seams it is.

I have a pioneer avic d3

not sure how to explain the prob but here is a video of what it does

any ideas will be nice. i also went to avic411 for help but nothing yet.

so hopefully someone has some insite
