Jmilch's Custom Ninja ZX-7R

I decided I'd show off what has been taking my time half this summer. This is a micro build log, but with no audio.

Stock Specs:

• 1995 Kawasaki Ninja ZX7R
  
• 750 engine (mods listed later)
  
• 130 hp stock (see mods)
  
• less than 6K miles on it
  

Mods done (all by me)

• High polished chrome frame, front and rear.
  
• Custom blue Dupont paint, and very light flake. Fully paint job, all panels removed, everything done properly.
  
• Fully Muzzy carbon fiber unloaded exhaust kit, including new pipe and custom performance header
  
• Full black windscreen
  
• Shogun blue light up frame sliders (made for 96+, had to modify to make it work)
  
• Jetted carbs
  
• HID 10K (almost blue) light kit
  
• 500+ Bright Blue LED's, around wheel wells, inside frame, under body
  
• AGM HD Battery with small 20Ah accessory battery mounted under seat
  
• Blue aluminum adjustable clutch lever and brake lever
  
• Blue spike bar ends
  
• Blue spike windscreen bolts
  
• Blue 110 chain
  
• Removed chain guard
  
• Has larger (18") and wider rear tire and new sprocket
  
• Upgraded brakes recently to drill slotted rotors
  

I am sure there is more, but I am forgetting at the moment.

Speedometer says 180 stock, dyno'd at 162 hp recently.

Day one literally

And naturally as soon as I got it home, I started a frame up tear down. Went over everything, changed the oil, replaced the plugs, and put on high performance race plug wires. Also change the blast packs about 2 days later.

If memory serves me correct the zx-7rr had no rear seat. My buddie S. Russel won several championships abord the same bike. the zx-7 had a rear seat. Both very nice bikes this one is in great shape. Nice mods so far.

The entire rear sear pod can be changed at will. I can buy a solo seat, or completely remove the body line by buying new fairings in the rear.

So it can be made however you want it.
