RobertoCredle
ok i put a non-removable plexi(actually lexan if it makes any difference) in my enclosure. i wanted to give a 1" border around the outside a "frosted" look to cover up a mistake i made (used oops! to clean of paint that leaked through the covering and got on plexi and the oops clouded the plexi).so i sanded it with 80grit on up. needless to say it didnt come out right(you see a shitload of sanding marks) and should have just wet sanded with the 1000plus grit. I wetsanded some 1/8 thick plexi i had lying around and it did come out how i wanted so i thought about it cutting it down to fit over the existing plexi.I was wondering what adhesive could i use that wouldn't show through underneath the "frosted" plexi or would i be better off trying to screw it in place with threaded inserts and hex head cap screws or would i risk cracking the plexi with the threaded inserts and be better off getting a "sticker" from techforce or something?
