Im about to get out of the Military in a few months and I've been looking at attending Acoustic Edge down in Houston,TX. I have my G.I. Bill and was wondering if Audio School is worth going to? Obviously it isn't going to cost me anything, was just curious.

i've talked to shop owners and such about it, seem to always say going to a real college for electronics is more impressive.

Start out boxy, shape as you move along.

Car audio installer's don't make much...some do, but most don't. Look into career that pay good, and keep car audio as hobby

aint it the dam truth. onlytime an installer really makes money is when you own a shop. or can do some crazy installs.

what do you do in the military?

petroleum supply (fueler)

And yeah I am going to do more schooling was just thinking about hitting up this school to get a part time job during other degrees, and to fine tune what I already know and do my own builds.

I am a minitrucker so I tend to like to do my own work if possible

I was looking into Acoustic Edge's basic course, custom box fab, and the custom interior courses
