How can I find an x-over point?

Recommended Posts

Say I have a Rockford T1652-S (passive) x-over, I know it's crossed over at 3k hz. But what if I have a set of 3-way speakers that has a built in passive x-over and I want to run them (active) straight from the amp? How can I find the x-over point? Can I use a DMM?

Please help!
